Welcome to DocFlow / AxiomBase. By accessing or using our website, services, and software provided through AxiomBase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

DocFlow is a professional document generation and AI writing platform. We provide tools for users to write, format, and export documents (via PDF, Word, etc.) using AI assistance and advanced typography engines.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password and authentication methods (like OAuth or OTP) that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all your ownership rights to the documents, text, and materials you create or upload to DocFlow. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Our Property: The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and software design are and will remain the exclusive property of AxiomBase and its licensors.

5. Payment and Refunds

If you purchase a paid subscription or a lifetime license, you agree to pay the fees specified during the checkout process (processed securely via Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our separate refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AxiomBase, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
